Our store is an independent legal entity that sells The Chair Party furniture in our own name and for our own account. Any purchase made from www.thechairparty.com is thus made between you as a buyer and The Chair Party Brand Store that you have chosen as the seller.
All items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Please be aware that all of the items are unique, one of a kind pieces. Therefore they cannot be replicated. However, they can inspire a bespoke chair. For our upholstery service please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, with your required specification.

The Chair Party reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend any contract of sale if events occur which are beyond our control including.. fire, floods, storms, riots or non-availability of materials or supplies.
The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (amended 1989, 1993 and 2010) are UK law and are designed to ensure that upholstery components and composites used for furniture supplied in the UK meet specified ignition resistance levels and are suitable labelled. Each product is individually labelled stating the appropriate fire label and best usage advised
The products are available for collection only. Once the order is confirmed a collection time window will be agreed upon between the purchaser and The Chair Party, either by email or over the telephone, with a member of the sales team.
However, you can arrange a courier to collect the item on our behalf. The purchaser is also responsible for any costs of returns, having not inspected the item at the studio. The item will be photographed from every angle and emailed to the buyer, to demonstrate the condition when it leaves the studio.
Your item will be ready to collect between 2-4 weeks. Once your purchase has been made, our sales team will be in touch to arrange the collection of your item.
You must have proof of purchase upon collection in the form of a payment receipt.
We will allow up to 3 attempted collections after which time the item will incur a storage charge of £5 per day. This storage charge does not affect your statutory rights.
We do offer returns for all of our online products within 7 days of collection, however, all postage costs will be taken on by the customer and the item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was sold. We will refund 100% of the items sale value within 30 days. Refunds can only be made if the item supplied does not meet the description given on the website or if the item has previously unspecified damage to it.
Please inspect your purchase upon collection, in the event that your item is damaged please notify us immediately. However, once an item has left our premises it becomes the ultimate responsibility of the person purchasing the item. We are responsible for loss of or damage to your product(s) until collected by you.
We will usually refund any money received from you via transfer to the account of your choosing.
Price and payment
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
Payment for all products must be via credit or debit card. All Chair Party purchases must be done via the website via card transaction. There will be no additional transaction costs as all fees are included.
